Yea I keep forgeting to write in here so I guess I'm just going to start with the racing last weekend.. I dunno if I talked about the truck race or not last time I wrote well if I didn't Dennis Setzer won and lapped almost the whole field only 4 guys were on the led lap and Hornaday was 4th! ok the busch race had about 50 laps left when it started to rain sat. night... Johnny Sauter was dominating, he was the only person on the led lap then wrecked Tony Raines so he could still be the only person, but then NASCAR penalized him and let 9 other guys get on the tail end of the lead lap but Johnny was still first. Then it rained and they were going to start racing around 12:40 am but it starting raining again and then they called it Martin Truex took the points lead from Reed :( ... I stayed up till after 1 to finish watching drivers 360. then sun. was Sonoma where Harvick had to start dead last because of an engine change which really sucked. Jr. wrecked on lap 3 wow he really is having a bad season, then Jimmie Johnsons tranny went out but they got it fixed then gordos did the same thing... but they fixed it, then harvick dropped a cylinder and we couldnt fix it so we finished 37th... oh well he's now 13th in points but still in the chase by 5 points.. I have no idea what else to say because nothing else really happened since I last wrote Oh yea RCR's fab shop forman died at 58... I feel bad for all those guys... well thats it LATER

Well NASCAR is going to be in Sonoma this weekend for the first road course race of the year. The busch and truck series are in Milwaukee. Last night I went to a graduation party for Ashley Six my mom and Darci are friends with her mom. Well Ashley and her mom fight and they got into it last night.. the party was horrible it was suppose to end at 10 but most ppl left by 8:30, we stayed but it was boring except for Lisa (ashley's mom) she was so drunk it was funny. the dj, king karoke, sucked soooo bad. I missed qualifying & the truck race last night. Well I saw on the internet that Ron finished 4th in the truck race and Dennis Setzer laped everyone except the top 4! Qualifying for Harvick sucked... 21st.. and Gordo won the pole..gggrrrr... Mike was online this morning and said that he only finished 7th or 8th, he isnt sure bc some guy wreck him then after the race he tried to fight him and cops had to come down to their pit box.. tonight the Hooter's pro cup series races in Myrtle Beach, I hope Clay can get the lead in points back from Shane... tonight is also the busch race qualifying will be on at 6 and i think they race at 8:30 GO REED, SHIFTY, BRANDON, & TONY R. well thats about it I guess oo I got my stuff from Art who went up to the Michigan race and bought me some Harvick stuff, I got a busch shirt and hat and 2 bumper stickers and 2 keychains. they are really nice! well thats it

Well not much happened yesterday... just another boring day here in redneck west virginia... well today I went to take my permit for the 2nd time and.... I PASSED I missed 4 but that was better than last time I can't wait to start driving some. I'm talking to Mike and he's telling me about how his dad used to work for race teams in cup and stuff it's really cool. Mike's thinking about stepping up to the mini stocks next year which is a step up from the U-cars that he's driving now. Someday I have to go down Caraway and watch him race that would be cool. Well I'm going to go since there isn't much else to say.. LATER

Well another week in racing is over... Saturday afternoon was the truck race at Michigan and Dennis Setzer won grr Harvick was in the race and finished 3rd while Ron (his driver) wrecked. Clay Rogers from the Hooters series raced and finished 26th. Then Sat. night was the busch race in Kentucky.. don't even get me started... Carl "Crest white strips" Edwards won... Shifty did pretty good and so did Reed but Im not exactly sure. Brandon Miller (#21 when harvick isnt there) did good but didnt finish well after he wrecked. Sunday was a big day the Cup race and the US Grand Prix that didn't go too well. Cup race Harvick sucked most of it and finised -1 lap in 25th and lost 3 spots in points.. brian vickers after having a good car spun out entering pit lane and finished 40th.. Greg Biffle won again for the 5th time grrr Then the US GP only 6 drivers raced ridiculous! Michelin tires weren't safe enough for the high speeds and banking so all drivers on Michelins dropped out before it started. Schumacher went on to win on Bridgestones... Americans sweep the 24 hours of Le Mans in France 1st and 2nd in Prototype and 1st 2nd and 3rd in GT!! I talked to Mike and he finished 2nd at Caraway! That win will be coming soon!! Well thats about it I didnt do anything this weekend except watch racing. Later

well yesterday I went and took my permit test, but I failed Oh well there was a guy that works where my mom does and he was there taking it (hes 19) and he failed it for the 11th time! I hope I'm not like him. Well I got my report card today. All A's and I'm ranked 1st in my class with a 4.0!! Yes! Purdue or NC State here i come! Just 3 more years!! I'm going to be giving my money to some guy my dad knows so he can by me some Kevin Harvick stuff at Michigan since I don't get to go to a race this year. Next year I might go to Indy for the Brickyard 400. Can't wait! The PovertyNeck Hillbillies have their new CD out here and I might ask my mom to buy it for me since I'm sooo smart lol well I don't know what else to say today was boring I just went running around with my mom to pay taxes and shop for food.. well NOTHING happened today... It rained really hard... Well I'm going to try and take my permit test tomorrow.. let's see if I can pass it even though it doesn't matter I drive anyways well thats it later

Well nothing really interesting happened today... my mom and I went to the library then to my aunts house and i played with the dogs, then we went to krogers to get stuff for my grandma (i really wish we went to the one on the hill so i could see Josh..) then took the stuff to my grandma and we came home. my mom made dinner then left for work. i'm really pissed bc 1. i forgot to listen to the radio to hear my fav. local band, 2. read the paper and they didn't mention shifty winning, and 3. i didnt talk to Mike today. im also kinda mad that i didn't watch anything to do with racing today unless dave despain wind tunnel from last night that i watched again in the morning... well i guess thats it im going to watch hell's kitchen tonight at 9.. best show that isnt racing related I love Chef Gordon Ramsay<-- hes british well later

Well it was a great day in Nascar for me. At Pocono Brian Vickers, my flaming redheaded shampoo boy on the pizza hut box, lead the most laps even though he finished 2nd. Harvick had a solid run and finished 8th moving him to 7th in the points. It sucks Carl "blackflip crest white stripes" Edwards won the race, but I was happy he didn't get to race the busch race. Speaking of the busch race, Shifty, Clint Bowyer, won his first ever busch race. He races for Harvicks team, RCR, and was his co-driver last year. Reed Sorenson finished 3rd and moved to 1st in points and shifty is tied for 2nd with Truex Jr. The Hooter's Pro Cup guys raced in Mansfield yesterday Logan DNQ on time and some 15 year old won the race... Clay Rogers finished 9th. I talked to Mike today and he finished 3rd in his race. I'm proud of him! The IRL race was also last night Thomas Sheckter sp? won and my boy Danny Wheldon finished 8th.. The Formula 1 raced in canada today my Jenson Butto n was on the pole but wreck and he wrecked into my other driver Fernando Alonso. Kimi Rikkonen sp? won the race. Well I guess thats about it. Later

Well not much happened since yesterday... I haven't talked to Mike all day so I don't know if his race got rained out or not... It's raining here so it will probably rain out the local track. The Hooter's race is in Mansfield tonight, I hope it doesn't rain and Logan can try to get a good race in. The busch race is going to be on, they are in Nashville and the #21 which Harvick usually drives is starting 2nd but its Brandon Miller tonight the quals. were rained out. Well Harvick starts 8th at Pocono for tomorrow and Jenson Button my favorite formula 1 driver starts on the pole for the Canadian GP. Well the busch race is starting so I'm going to go watch it. Well this is a blog about racing well my aim to try and get a job in racing. I'm probably not going to give this link to any of my friends so thats cool. Well as you can tell I really want to get into racing. I don't want to be a driver just be an engineer for one. I watch NASCAR every time it is on. I don't think I've missed a race since I was 5. well i met this guy who owns a shop about an hour from my house. He races in the hooter's pro cup series and I am doing everything in my power to get a job with him next summer. I also met a kid named Mike Kitchin who races in North Carolina. Over the last few months we have become good friends and I can't wait for him to make it big. Well let me tell you about my nascar life... My favorite driver is Kevin Harvick and I look up to Ryan Newman and Matt Borland (Ryan's crew chief) they are both brilliant engineers. I also have this crush on Brian Vickers its weird. In the busch series I kinda like Reed Sorenson... basically I pull for the young guns! I don't really no what else to say.. I'm going to go log on to Caraway Speedway and see if Mike is racing tonight or if it's raining.. Later
